Inner Circle Staff
Summary:
The inner circle staff will stock merchandise in the Inner Circle and be sure that the sales area is clean and orderly. Staff will assist customers within the Inner Circle area.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Pull merchandise from the warehouse and place on the sales floor
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Assess customer needs and provide assistance and information on product features
Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries
“Go the extra mile” to drive sales
Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
Cross sell products
Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
Build productive trust relationships with customers
Comply with inventory control procedures
Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g., planning marketing activities, changing the store’s design)
Required Education, Experience, and Certifications:
High school diploma
Experience in sales preferred but will train
Required Skills and Competencies:
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Proficiency in English
Basic Math skills
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
