Digital Marketing Lead

The Digital Marketing Lead will work closely with key business stakeholders, including the internal creative and marketing team, and external media agencies to plan and execute digital campaigns across BrandsMart USA’s owned, earned and paid digital channels.
As a team contributor, this person performs tasks effectively, develops collaborative relationships with team members, displays clear communication and acts proactively. This includes being able to multitask, problem solve, and manage multiple timelines. The right candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work cross functionally. They are passionate about digital media, creative digital content, and providing a connected customer experience across all online channels.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Concept, plan and manage digital marketing channels – paid media, organic social, SMS, Google company/store business pages, PowerReviews
· Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to execute paid campaigns across search, social, online video, and other media types
· Lead with internal creative team through concept creation, approvals and optimizations
· Assist with the creation of compelling, media content that is educational, engaging and platform-specific
· Concept, plan and execute on-site content
· Collaborate with merchandising team for execution of specific brand or product related campaigns
· Manage paid media monthly budgets for all digital properties
Required Education, Experience, and Certifications
· 4-6 years of digital marketing experience in retail or a related field
· Experience in a corporate digital marketing department or agency
· Bachelor’s Degree, Marketing or Advertising, digital preferred or relevant experience
Required Skills and Competencies
· Understanding and proficiency in digital channels, including paid, owned and earned
· Paid search or social experience or certification a plus
· GA4 and Sprout Social knowledge required
· Detail-oriented with an eye for consistency
· Effective communicator
· Must be self-motivated; show ability to work independently, and the ability to manage time effectively
