Sales Community Advocate

Summary:   

The Sales Community Advocate is a key owner of building key business relationships. The position consists of driving Business sales through local grass root efforts. The ideal candidate is a self-driven and creative sales professional who can leverage and build on the existing tools to enhance the program’s impact on BrandsMart’s revenue. The role will report directly to the General Manager of the Store and will be based out of the Augusta, GA store.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Travel to local Augusta markets to build key business relationships, find new purchasing partners and explore revenue-generating opportunities.
• Work closely with our store General Manager to learn the current business and opportunities for growth.
• Continually document and systematize the program through the creation and maintenance of FAQs, playbooks, etc.
• Partner with other teams to brainstorm, test, and implement new lead capture methods and lead types.
• Partner with field operators (store GMs) to cultivate and maintain strong relationships and a healthy feedback loop between stores and this role.
• Expected to be traveling in market 4 days per week.

Required Education, Experience, and Certifications: 

• 2 or more years of experience in sales management or growth-focused roles, with a strong emphasis on building business relationships

Required Skills and Competencies: 

• Passionate and diverse leader who can work well with entry-level, part-time representatives and C-level leaders alike.
• Ability to embrace change and create a culture of accountability to drive excellent and consistent performance.
• Experience and comfort with outbound sales and lead generation tools and tactics.
• Self-starter with strong sense of urgency and focus on driving results.
